Building and integrating AI-first experiences and tooling for AP+ teams, products, and services.
Led a team of six product designers across payment platform experiences, setting design direction, improving design quality, and strengthening product design craft across the wider Product team and organisation. Partnered with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to define customer-centred payment experiences, from discovery through delivery. Established design standards, critique rituals, design system practices, and scalable ways of working across complex fintech products.
Delivered product design across consumer-facing and B2B payment products including Beem, Coles Pay, and internal operator portals supporting Australian payment schemes. Worked across end-to-end design from discovery and concept through to high-fidelity UI, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers in an agile environment.
Delivered end-to-end product design across mobile apps, web platforms, and hardware interfaces for clients in fintech, transport, legal, and healthcare sectors. Led design sprints, facilitated workshops, and conducted contextual user interviews to drive ideation and validation. Produced Figma design systems, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes across iOS, Android, and web.
Worked alongside the Design Lead and Technical Lead in the design and development of digital products for Present Company's well-regarded list of clients, seeing projects through from initial briefings and scoping to discovery and ideation, definition and design through to development, testing, and deployment.
Designed user interfaces and digital experiences for web and mobile projects. Contributed to discovery workshops, wireframing, and visual design under the direction of the Design Lead. Developed skills in interaction design, prototyping, and UI component design.
As part of a small, 4-person agile development team, I contributed to the development of a statewide Operational Management System to manage the day-to-day 'requests for assistance' that the NSW SES received. Key responsibilities included implementing new functionality, rewriting a GNAF (Geocoded National Address File) WCF service, reviewing code for team members, and bug fixing.
